Our Operations Team is currently taking restrictive actions against malicious players who are using illegal methods to play the game.

Please note that accounts found engaging in abnormal gameplay and subject to sanctions will no longer be able to access the game.

• For privacy protection, some account IDs will be partially masked before being disclosed.
• The sanction list is updated every Monday at 2:00 AM (KST).
• Accounts sanctioned between 00:00 last Monday and 00:00 this Monday will be included in the list.

Accounts that have been sanctioned will have their game access restricted thereafter.
The team continues to closely monitor abusive behavior and abnormal gameplay within Overgeared Hero.

Any violations confirmed under the Operations Policy will result in appropriate restrictions being applied.

Additionally, inappropriate gameplay behavior may result in penalties of up to permanent suspension.
Please note that no separate recovery or compensation will be provided for any in-game currency or data lost as a result of these sanctions.
